A special note on seasickness: YOU are the motor, and a seasick motor is a non-paddling motor. If you have been subject to seasickness before, it is likely you will be again. Please take precautions.
We recommend a minimum dose of any over-the-counter medication the night before and again the morning of the trip, or a Scopolamine patch, which requires a doctor's prescription, along with a decent breakfast. Avoid greasy foods and lots of coffee. A good night's sleep and limited alcohol intake the night before is wise.
