Used sea and river kayaks in Hanalei, Kaua'i

The rough waters off the Na Pali Coast and the calm rivers of Kaua'i have been the "testing ground and play grounds" for many of the following sea and river kayaks. This fact speaks well enough for these true and tried veterans.

Some kayaks we are retiring out to pasture, after many years of distinguished commercial service on our calm rivers and our rough seas.

All sea kayaks remain sea worthy and capable of many more years of enjoyable service. Unless specified, most of the following boats have a rudder system in place.

The sea kayaks are sit-on-top and the river boats are the sit-in-variety.

These sit-on-top boats have become the standard for paddling the Na Pali. Hatches forward and aft allow ample internal storage.

Sit-on-top kayak

Designed by U.S. Olympic paddler Greg Barton, the Sprinter is one of the faster sit-on-top boats out there. It even has some internal storage. Great for a day paddle or after work for a acquatic jog.
